Chelsea Mercantile – 17I

17Immeasurable

252 7th Avenue

Where space, views and beauty coexist perfectly.

Every building has it's signature line and the 'I' line is undoubtedly the Mercantile's. Built in 1906 as one of the highest structures south of 34th Street and west of Sixth Avenue, the Mercantile maintains its title as the highest pre-war residential building in Chelsea. Because there are no taller prewar condominiums in Chelsea, the Mercantile offers an unusual confluence of views, light and high ceilings unencumbered by structural columns.

It is safe to say that there is no other pre-war loft building in Chelsea that offers 11-foot ceilings and open views in a full service building.

17I just has it all.
